Lost and missent emails, bad addresses, etc. are bound
to happen sooner or later; that's why we use the USPS Tracking system on
all packages; we want you, our clients, new and repeat, to know that we've
been in business for over nine years, and are always available to you,
either through the email address, po box, or by telephone. We ship upwards
of 100-150 completed pieces a week, particularly during our 'peak'
seasons. So, if yours hasn't arrived when it should, got damaged by good
old USPS [they try: they really do...] or you're experiencing any other
problem,
LET US KNOW.
