Here's the process: after acquiring the image as described in our Giclee process, we print it at 600 dpi on the finest 21 mil. artist-grade canvas, using the finest inks avaliable. Our canvases will last for many, many years under normal lighting conditions, and special care is taken to provide the highest UV protection avaliable.

After drying, the canvas and image are then coated twice with a special UV-resistant lacquer, sealing the image. Then,the entire image is brushstroked by our artists using another clear acrylic lacquer, duplicating as closely as possible the artist's original style and actual strokes. The image is then set to cure for 72 hours before it is ready to frame [if ordered] and ship.

Unless you instruct us to do otherwise, we ship your canvas, protected by a sheet of soft wrap inside a heavy-duty mailing tube, with a minimium 1" border, so you may mount it using stretcher bars if you wish. Shipping your canvas in this way allows you the option to mount your canvas in whatever manner your taste dictates, and saves you $12 on shipping costs. Or you may chose the easier and more permanent 'perfect mount', whereby the canvas is pressure-mounted to 3/8" professional foamcore backing. This method gives a permanent, completely clean mount that never requires restretching, and is becoming the preferred method of mounting because of it's ease and permanence.

We will be pleased to "perfect mount" your canvas using the pressure method starting at $5; however, please be aware that shipping will increase to $19 [within cont. US], due to the oversized nature of the picture. Stretcher-bar mounting starts at $25, and shipping remains the same as the "perfect mount". If you chose to have us frame your piece, there is no additional charge for the "perfect mount": shipping also stays the same. PLEASE NOTE: We Make NO Money On Shipping! As you can see, it takes a minimum of seven business days to complete a painting after payment has been received. During the holiday season, it often takes up to ten days to ship your painting, so please be patient: if we produce your painting, and it has the slightest flaw, we start all over...Our Emphasis is on Quality, and as a result, it often takes a day or so extra to assure that you will receive the finest picture possible! USPS shipment usually takes between three and five business days, depending on zone. Any painting damaged or compromised will be replaced immediately; returned paintings for refund will be honored at the closing price, less costs of auction, shipping, and restocking fee of 10%. Custom framing cannot be returned.

As you will note in our "Giclee" section, due to our incredible equipment and expertise' we are able to bring you these masterpieces in very large sizes, with NO loss in fidelity or integrity of the image.
